As we gear up for our 100th day of school- we will be doing all things in 100’s this week! Lots of counting, Montessori 100’s jobs, what will look like when we are 100 years old- and more. Our goal is to have all students be able to count to 100 by the end of the year- see if you can practice this at home :)
MINIMUM DAYS
This Thursday 2/6 and friday 2/7 are minimum days for conferences. Teachers will contact parents if they need to conference with you. Not everyone will be getting a conference time. All students attend school from 8:15-12pm and no cougar cub club on these days.
100th DAY OF SCHOOL
Monday 2/10 is our 100th day of school- if students would like to dress up like they are 100 years old they can to help us celebrate- students do not have to dress up.
VALENTINE CELEBRATION
We will be ice skating on valentines day- so we will be having our celebration a day early on Thursday 2/13. If your child would like to (not required)- please have them bring their Valentines to class- WITHOUT students names on them so they are easier to pass out. They can bring Valentines for just their group or the entire class. (31 total)
Koalas- 11 students
Sugar Gliders- 11 students
Sting Rays- 9 students
ICE SKATING TRIP
Our trip to Tri- valley ice in Dublin is on Friday 2/14. Permission slips are due TODAY 2/3. Skating is $10 per skater.
