WEEK OF MAY 26, 2026
SHOWCASE OF THE ARTS
Showcase Of The Arts will be held on Wednesday, May 27.
Arrival time is 5:00. All students participating in the Showcase will arrive at 5:00 and check in with their Wednesday Instructors.
The Music/PE/Art performance will begin at 5:30. Students can wear a color that corresponds to their animal part or they can wear their blue Wednesday shirt.
The Personal Safety Demonstration will begin at 6:00.
The event will end at 6:30.
There will be food, drinks, and snacks available for purchase.
FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS
Field Day will be held on the last day of school, Wednesday, June 10.
Parent volunteers are needed to help run stations from 8:45 to 11:30.
Please contact the school office if you are interested in volunteering.

REPORT CARDS
3rd trimester report cards will be sent home on the last day of school. Students will be cleaning out their cubbies and bringing home any work/projects they have completed. Please make sure that your student brings a backpack the last day of school to carry out all their items.
SNACK CALENDAR
A new snack calendar for the month of May is attached. Please feel free to either bring in your assigned snack or make a $15 donation for the purchase of the snack and the teachers will do the shopping for you. Thanks for all your support.

EXHIBICIÓN DE LAS ARTES
La Exhibición de las Artes se llevará a cabo el miércoles 27 de mayo.
La hora de llegada es a las 5:00. Todos los estudiantes que participen en la Exhibición deberán llegar a las 5:00 y registrar su asistencia con sus instructores de los miércoles.
La presentación de Música, Educación Física y Arte comenzará a las 5:30. Los estudiantes pueden vestir un color que corresponda a la parte del animal que representan, o bien pueden usar su camiseta azul de los miércoles.
La demostración de Seguridad Personal comenzará a las 6:00.
El evento finalizará a las 6:30.
Habrá comida, bebidas y refrigerios disponibles para su compra.
VOLUNTARIOS PARA EL DÍA DE CAMPO
El Día de Campo se celebrará el último día de clases: el miércoles 10 de junio.
Se necesitan padres voluntarios para ayudar a supervisar las estaciones de actividades entre las 8:45 y las 11:30.
Por favor, comuníquese con la oficina de la escuela si está interesado en ser voluntario.

BOLETINES DE CALIFICACIONES
Los boletines de calificaciones del tercer trimestre se enviarán a casa el último día de clases. Los estudiantes vaciarán sus casilleros y llevarán a casa cualquier trabajo o proyecto que hayan completado. Por favor, asegúrese de que su estudiante traiga una mochila el último día de clases para poder llevarse todos sus artículos.
CALENDARIO DE REFRIGERIOS
Se adjunta un nuevo calendario de refrigerios para el mes de mayo. Por favor, siéntase libre de traer el refrigerio que le ha sido asignado o de realizar una donación de $15 para la compra del mismo; en este último caso, los maestros se encargarán de hacer la compra por usted. Gracias por todo su apoyo.
