ALL SCHOOL TRIP TO THE STOCKTON PORTS
Permission slips and money for the baseball trip are due. There are about 30 tickets left available. We may be able to purchase more, but there is no guarantee. If your student wants to attend, please turn in your slip right away.
YOUNG AUTHORS BOOKS & YOUNG AUTHORS NIGHT
Young Author’s Night is next Wednesday, May 6. The reading of the books begins at 6:00 and ends by 6:30. At 6:30, Students and family members can walk through the Intermediate and Middle School classrooms to look at the books from the other classes. The Book Fair will also be open that night in the Multi-Use Room.
Students who don’t have their book finished by May 6, will be given extra time to finish. They are still welcome to come to Young Author’s night even if they don’t have a book finished yet.
SNACK CALENDAR
A new snack calendar for the month of May is attached. Please feel free to either bring in your assigned snack or make a $15 donation for the purchase of the snack and the teachers will do the shopping for you. Thanks for all your support.

EXCURSIÓN DE TODA LA ESCUELA A LOS STOCKTON PORTS
Ya venció el plazo para entregar los formularios de permiso y el dinero para la excursión de béisbol. Quedan disponibles unos 30 boletos. Es posible que podamos adquirir más, pero no hay garantía de ello. Si su estudiante desea asistir, por favor entregue el formulario de permiso de inmediato.
LIBROS DE LOS JÓVENES AUTORES Y NOCHE DE LOS JÓVENES AUTORES
La Noche de los Jóvenes Autores será el próximo miércoles, 6 de mayo. La lectura de los libros comenzará a las 6:00 p. m. y finalizará a las 6:30 p. m. A las 6:30 p. m., los estudiantes y sus familiares podrán recorrer las aulas de los grados intermedios y de la escuela media para ver los libros de las otras clases. La Feria del Libro también estará abierta esa noche en la Sala de Usos Múltiples.
A los estudiantes que no hayan terminado su libro para el 6 de mayo se les concederá tiempo adicional para completarlo. Aun así, son bienvenidos a asistir a la Noche de los Jóvenes Autores, aunque todavía no tengan su libro terminado.
CALENDARIO DE MERIENDAS
Se adjunta un nuevo calendario de meriendas para el mes de mayo. Por favor, siéntase libre de traer la merienda que le corresponde según el calendario o de hacer una donación de $15 para la compra de la misma; en este último caso, los maestros se encargarán de hacer las compras por usted. Gracias por todo su apoyo.
