WEEK OF JANUARY 19, 2026
STAR TESTING THIS WEEK
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, all of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders will be taking their second round of STAR testing for the year. Results from the Math and Reading tests will be sent home to parents in March with the 2nd Trimester Report Cards.
SPIRIT DAYS ALL NEXT WEEK
Next week, all 5 days will be spirit days. Wednesday, students will still wear their blue Wednesday shirts.
SNACK CALENDAR
A new snack calendar for the months of January and February is attached. Please feel free to either bring in your assigned snack or make a $15 donation for the purchase of the snack and the teachers will do the shopping for you. Thanks for all your support.

SEMANA DEL 19 DE ENERO DE 2026
EVALUACIONES STAR ESTA SEMANA
El martes, jueves y viernes, todos los alumnos de 1.º, 2.º y 3.º grado realizarán la segunda ronda de evaluaciones STAR del año. Los resultados de las pruebas de matemáticas y lectura se enviarán a los padres en marzo junto con las boletas de calificaciones del segundo trimestre.
DÍAS TEMÁTICOS TODA LA PRÓXIMA SEMANA
La próxima semana, todos los días serán días temáticos. El miércoles, los estudiantes deberán usar su camiseta azul de los miércoles.
CALENDARIO DE MERIENDAS
Se adjunta un nuevo calendario de meriendas para los meses de enero y febrero. Pueden traer la merienda asignada o hacer una donación de $15 para su compra; los maestros se encargarán de comprarla. Gracias por su apoyo.

26-30 de enero: SEMANA DE LA AMABILIDAD – DÍAS TEMÁTICOS
Lunes: Día de llevar cualquier cosa menos una mochila
Martes: Día del pelo, calcetines y ropa extravagantes
Miércoles: Día de la camiseta del miércoles
Jueves: Día del pijama
Viernes: Día de vestirse igual que un amigo o en grupo
5-6 de febrero: DÍAS CON HORARIO REDUCIDO – Salida a las 12:00
