Elementary Classroom Back To School Info 2025-2026
MEET AND GREET-Monday, August 18, 6pm-7pm
Come anytime between 6pm and 7pm to visit the Elementary Classroom at ACA. Teachers will be available to answer any questions you may have. Students can bring any school supplies they would like to put into their cubbies and/or donate to the classroom supply. Parents can also turn in any paperwork/forms that are completed.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL-Wednesday, August 20, 8:15am-12:00pm
All parents are invited to stay at ACA and meet in the Multi-Use Room for the Pastries for Parents event that begins at 8:15am. Parents are also invited to come watch the First Day of School Flag Ceremony that will take place about 8:45/9:00, after the Pastries for Parents.

REMINDER: MINIMUM DAYS AUGUST 20, 21, 22-8:15am-12:00pm
Just a reminder, the first three days of school are minimum days. All Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School students will begin school at 8:15 and be dismissed for pickup at 12:00.
Primary students have a different schedule for the first three days of school. Please refer to the emails sent from the Primary teachers for that schedule.
FIRST WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY, Wednesday, August 27
Students will receive a new, blue, Wonderful Wednesday shirt prior to August 27. Students can wear their new shirts or an older Wonderful Wednesday shirt. Please make sure your student’s name is clearly printed on their Wonderful Wednesday shirt.
BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT, Thursday, August 28, 6pm-7pm
Back to School Night for the Elementary Classroom will be in person, in Rooms 6 & 7, from 6pm to 7pm, on Thursday, August 29.
We hope to see you there!
SCHOOL BREAKFAST, LUNCH, SUPER
We are excited to offer FREE Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper to all of our currently enrolled students this year! These meals will start next week, Monday, August 26th.
Place your student’s order the Friday prior by 10am.
Breakfast will be served in the Multi Use Room starting at 7:45am until 8:05am (student class time begins at 8:15)
Lunch will be served during the student’s regular lunch time.
Supper will be served to those participating in Cougar Cub Club or Cougar CREW, starting at 4:15pm.
You MUST order these items in advance in order to receive them or else we may not have a meal available for your student. Breakfast and Supper will be the same for all students, while lunch has a menu that you can choose one entree from. Orders can be made online at:

If your student would like to order lunch this week, please come to the office in the morning before 9am to place an order on our limited menu (Burrito Meal, or Sunbutter and Jelly Meal).
Reminder – no outside food delivery services are allowed on campus.

Información de regreso a clases en el aula de español y primaria 2025-2026
CONOCER Y SALUDAR – Lunes 18 de agosto, 18:00-19:00
Vengan entre las 18:00 y las 19:00 para visitar el aula de primaria en ACA. Los maestros estarán disponibles para responder cualquier pregunta que tengan. Los estudiantes pueden traer los útiles escolares que deseen guardar en sus cubículos o donarlos para el programa de útiles escolares. Los padres también pueden entregar la documentación o los formularios que hayan completado.
PRIMER DÍA DE CLASES – Miércoles 20 de agosto, 8:15-12:00
Se invita a todos los padres a quedarse en ACA y reunirse en el Salón Multiusos para el evento “Pastelería para Padres”, que comienza a las 8:15. También se les invita a presenciar la Ceremonia de la Bandera del Primer Día de Clases, que se llevará a cabo alrededor de las 20:45-21:00, después de la “Pastelería para Padres”.

RECORDATORIO: DÍAS MÍNIMOS 20, 21 Y 22 DE AGOSTO
Les recordamos que los primeros tres días de clases son días mínimos. Todos los estudiantes de Primaria, Intermedia y Secundaria comenzarán a las 8:15 y saldrán a recoger a sus hijos a las 12:00.
Los estudiantes de Primaria tienen un horario diferente durante los primeros tres días de clases. Consulten los correos electrónicos enviados por los maestros de Primaria para conocer dicho horario.
PRIMERA DÍA DE LA ESCUELA MARAVILLOSA, miércoles 27 de agosto
Los estudiantes recibirán una camiseta azul nueva de “Miércoles Maravillosos” antes del 27 de agosto. Pueden usar sus camisetas nuevas o una camiseta vieja de “Miércoles Maravillosos”. Por favor, asegúrense de que el nombre de su estudiante esté claramente impreso en su camiseta de “Miércoles Maravillosos”.
NOCHE DE REGRESO A CLASES, jueves 28 de agosto, de 18:00 a 19:00 h
La Noche de Regreso a Clases para Primaria será presencial, en las aulas 6 y 7, de 18:00 a 19:00 h, el jueves 29 de agosto.

DESAYUNO, ALMUERZO Y SUPER ESCOLAR
¡Nos complace ofrecer desayuno, almuerzo y cena GRATIS a todos nuestros estudiantes matriculados este año! Estas comidas comenzarán la próxima semana, lunes 26 de agosto.
Haga el pedido de su estudiante el viernes anterior antes de las 10 a. m.
El desayuno se servirá en el Salón Multiusos desde las 7:45 a. m. hasta las 8:05 a. m. (el horario de clase para estudiantes comienza a las 8:15 p. m.).
El almuerzo se servirá durante el horario habitual de almuerzo de los estudiantes.
La cena se servirá a los participantes del Club Cougar Cub o del Equipo Cougar a partir de las 4:15 p. m.
Debe pedir estos artículos con anticipación para recibirlos; de lo contrario, es posible que no tengamos una comida disponible para su estudiante. El desayuno y la cena serán iguales para todos los estudiantes, mientras que el almuerzo tiene un menú del cual puede elegir un plato principal. Los pedidos se pueden hacer en línea en:
