WEEK OF JUNE 2, 2025
REPORT CARD ASSESSMENTS
This week will be the final week for students to finish any assessments. Some students have been absent or just need some extra time. Please make sure students are arriving at school on time and staying the entire time.
SHOWCASE OF THE ARTS
The Showcase of the Arts will be held on Wednesday, June 4th from 5:30-8:00 PM. The schedule of events is attached to this email. This is not a mandatory event, but all students and families are highly encouraged to attend and celebrate the arts at ACA!
3RD GRADE GOODBYE PARTY
The 3rd graders are currently planning a goodbye party for themselves. The party will be held on Friday, June 6 from 1:20-2:45. The 3rd graders will be bringing various food items and setting up activities for the 1st and 2nd graders to participate in. The 1st and 2nd graders do not need to bring anything to the party.
LAST DAY FOR MRS. BEAVER AND IZZY
Wednesday, June 11th is the last day of school at ACA for Mrs. Beaver and Izzy. Mrs. Beaver and family will be moving out of the area. That Wednesday we will be setting aside time for students to say goodbye to Mrs. Beaver and Izzy. Students are welcome to bring any cards or gifts to Mrs. Beaver and Izzy on that day. Gifts are not required, but if you would like to bring anything, please feel free to do so on that Wednesday.
REPORT CARDS & END OF THE YEAR ITEMS
Students will be finishing up projects and cleaning out cubbies on June 9th and 10th. Students will also be bringing home Report Cards and other End of Year Items. Please make sure your student is still bringing their backpack on those days. Students who don’t have a backpack will be given a grocery bag to use.
END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR PARTY
The Family Network will be holding the End of the School Year on June 11 from 12-2 PM. All ACA students and families are invited to attend. Please make sure any student attending has an adult chaperone present. Teachers and Family Network Volunteers will not be supervising students. Any student that does not have a parent/adult chaperone attending the event, that student will need to be picked up at carpool.
STEAM CAMP
The registration for STEAM Camp is still open. Please contact the school office to sign up for the STEAM Camp.

EVALUACIONES DE CALIFICACIONES
Esta semana será la última para que los estudiantes completen las evaluaciones. Algunos estudiantes han estado ausentes o simplemente necesitan tiempo adicional. Por favor, asegúrense de que los estudiantes lleguen a la escuela puntualmente y permanezcan en la escuela todo el tiempo.
EXHIBICIÓN DE ARTES
La Exhibición de Artes se llevará a cabo el miércoles 4 de junio de 5:30 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. El horario de eventos se adjunta a este correo electrónico. Este evento no es obligatorio, pero se anima a todos los estudiantes y familias a asistir y celebrar las artes en ACA.
FIESTA DE DESPEDIDA DE 3.ER GRADO
Los estudiantes de 3.er grado están planeando su propia fiesta de despedida. La fiesta se llevará a cabo el viernes 6 de junio de 1:20 p. m. a 2:45 p. m. Los alumnos de 3.er grado traerán diversos alimentos y organizarán actividades para los de 1.er y 2.º grado. No es necesario que los alumnos de 1.er y 2.º grado traigan nada a la fiesta.
ÚLTIMO DÍA PARA LA SRA. BEAVER E IZZY
El miércoles 11 de junio es el último día de clases en ACA para la Sra. Beaver e Izzy. La Sra. Beaver y su familia se mudarán de la zona. Ese miércoles, dedicaremos un tiempo para que los alumnos se despidan de la Sra. Beaver e Izzy. Pueden traer tarjetas o regalos para la Sra. Beaver e Izzy ese día. No es obligatorio traer regalos, pero si desean traer algo, no duden en hacerlo ese miércoles.
BOLETAS DE CALIFICACIONES Y ARTÍCULOS DE FIN DE AÑO
Los estudiantes terminarán proyectos y limpiarán sus cubículos el 9 y 10 de junio. También traerán a casa sus boletas de calificaciones y otros artículos de fin de año. Por favor, asegúrense de que su estudiante siga trayendo su mochila esos días. A los estudiantes que no tengan mochila se les entregará una bolsa de supermercado.
FIESTA DE FIN DE AÑO ESCOLAR
La Red Familiar celebrará la Fiesta de Fin de Año Escolar el 11 de junio de 12:00 a 14:00 h. Todos los estudiantes y familias de ACA están invitados a asistir. Por favor, asegúrense de que cualquier estudiante que asista esté acompañado por un adulto. Los maestros y voluntarios de la Red Familiar no supervisarán a los estudiantes. Si un estudiante no está acompañado por un padre/madre o un adulto, deberá ser recogido en el programa de transporte compartido.
CAMPAMENTO STEAM
Las inscripciones para el Campamento STEAM siguen abiertas. Por favor, contacten con la secretaría de la escuela para inscribirse.
