CULTURAL DAYS-NO CONTRACTS
This week all Elementary students will be participating in Cultural Day activities to introduce our new continent of study, North America! Students will not be working off their contracts this week.
MINIMUM DAYS-NO PARENT CONFERENCES THIS TIME
This week is a full week of minimum days. All students come to school at 8:15 and are dismissed at 12:00. There is no after school program for the Cougar Cub Club this week.
This would normally be a week of parent teacher conferences, but due to several teachers being out of the classroom this week, those conferences are not happening this week.
If you would like to schedule a conference after this week, parents can email the teachers and request a conference.
REPORT CARDS
2nd Trimester report cards, STAR scores, RtI reports, and SPED progress reports will be sent home with students on Friday, March 14.
COIN WARS
During the month of March we will be holding our Coin Wars fundraiser. Students are encouraged to bring in coins to place in their classroom container in the office. All coins and cash bills will be worth ‘points’. The classroom/level that receives the most points will get a reward of a treat party of some kind. All funds raised will go to the Family Network and ACA.
MARCH SNACK CALENDAR
There is a new snack calendar available for the month of March. Students will be given a copy to bring home on Friday.
COMMUNICATION FEEDBACK SURVEY
Effective communication with parents and guardians in academics can significantly contribute to student success. Regularly sharing important academic information and insights with stakeholders can foster a partnership between teachers and families, leading to enhanced educational outcomes. We would love to hear your thoughts/feedback on improving communication!

Esta semana, todos los estudiantes de primaria participarán en las actividades del Día Cultural para presentar nuestro nuevo continente de estudio, ¡América del Norte! Los estudiantes no trabajarán para cumplir con sus contratos esta semana.
DÍAS MÍNIMOS: NO HAY CONFERENCIAS DE PADRES ESTA VEZ
Esta semana es una semana completa de días mínimos. Todos los estudiantes vienen a la escuela a las 8:15 y salen a las 12:00. No hay programa extracurricular para el Cougar Cub Club esta semana.
Normalmente, esta sería una semana de conferencias de padres y maestros, pero debido a que varios maestros estarán fuera del aula esta semana, esas conferencias no se llevarán a cabo esta semana. Si desea programar una conferencia después de esta semana, los padres pueden enviar un correo electrónico a los maestros y solicitar una conferencia.
BOLETA DE CALIFICACIONES
Las boletas de calificaciones del segundo trimestre, las puntuaciones STAR, los informes de RtI y los informes de progreso de SPED se enviarán a casa con los estudiantes el viernes 14 de marzo.
GUERRA DE MONEDAS
Durante el mes de marzo, realizaremos nuestra recaudación de fondos de Guerra de monedas. Se anima a los estudiantes a traer monedas para colocarlas en el recipiente de su salón de clases en la oficina. Todas las monedas y los billetes en efectivo valdrán “puntos”. El salón de clases/nivel que reciba la mayor cantidad de puntos recibirá una recompensa de una fiesta de obsequios de algún tipo. Todos los fondos recaudados se destinarán a la Red familiar y ACA.
CALENDARIO DE MERIENDAS DE MARZO
Hay un nuevo calendario de meriendas disponible para el mes de marzo. Los estudiantes recibirán una copia para llevar a casa el viernes.
ENCUESTA DE COMENTARIOS SOBRE LA COMUNICACIÓN
La comunicación eficaz con los padres y tutores en el ámbito académico puede contribuir significativamente al éxito de los estudiantes. Compartir regularmente información y perspectivas académicas importantes con las partes interesadas puede fomentar una asociación entre los maestros y las familias, lo que conduce a mejores resultados educativos. ¡Nos encantaría conocer sus opiniones y comentarios sobre cómo mejorar la comunicación!
Puede completar la encuesta varias veces, una por cada estudiante, si lo desea.
