This short week we are still hard at work on our new contracts. Every job they are supposed to complete is listed with a picture. The goal is to have a stamp on every job by the end of the week. We will try to send home contacts on Fridays or Mondays so you can see what your child is working on in class.

We are also working really hard on organizing our work and our work space. You can help with this at home by giving your child simple tasks like setting the table and helping put dishes away. This is helping them learn how we set things out and how we put them away again even when they are at home.

Last week your child was sent home with a permission slip for our ice skating trip to Tri Valley Ice in Dublin. Please return the permission slip and fee as soon as possible so we can get a head count for our trip.

We know this is a long way to go- but we chose this rink every year because it can accommodate all of Primary, Elementary and families at once. It is also open year round and we love to see the students go back every year and how much better they get each time :)

For school choice week we will be having different spirit days all week. Students do not have to participate- it’s just for fun :)

Monday- anything but a backpack

tuesday- crazy hair or crazy socks day

Wednesday- school spirit- wednesday shirts

Thursday- Twin day

Friday- Pajama day
