ACA Primary Newsletter 12/2/24

We are beginning this week with lots of Play Practice. Students will all receive their roles and all of the play information will be sent home this week. Only a few students will be given lines for this play- as we are combined with the first grade class- but everyone gets a chance to come up with their group and perform their song.

The Primary and First grade play is a ‘Winter Holiday Show’. The woodland animals in the play learn all about the different holidays that people celebrate this time of year.

In addition to play practice students are also working on daily contracts. They have a goal of finishing 6 jobs a day. Make sure you are asking your child how many jobs they are doing each day- or take a look at their contract when it is sent home at the end of the week.

Family flurry of fun night will be thursday 12/12 from 5:30-7pm. We will have hot cocoa, s’mores, cookie decorating and crafts. We will also have a raffle for baskets created by each level. We sent out an email last week about our rainy day basket- if you are able to contribute- please use the sign up link below :)

Please save the date for our class musical ‘Winter Holiday Show’ on Friday December 20th beginning at 10am. Students will perform in the Multi use room at ACA. Parents are welcome to take their child home after their performance
