ACA Primary Newsletter 11/12/24

Lauria, Agar, Castañeda

During this short week we are working on blend sounds. Our sound of the week is TH. We are learning how sometimes when two letters come together they can make a totally different sound. We will have Th based art and language projects all week as well as some reflecting on what we are Thankful for.

Next week M, T, TH, F we will have our oceania cultural days. We will learn all about Australia and the surrounding countries through art, games, dances and food. We have a signup list for parents to come in and volunteer if they would like to help with these days.

For our last Wednesday before break students will be having a ‘friendsgiving’ celebration as part of their Wonderful Wednesday cooking rotation. This activity will focus more on manners and togetherness rather than them actually cooking. If students would like, they can dress ‘fancy’ for this Wednesday- but they do not have to :)
