WEEK OF NOVEMBER 4, 2024
ASSESSMENT WEEK
This week, all Elementary students will be working on their 1st trimester assessments. Students take short quizzes/tests throughout the trimester, but these assessments for this week are more comprehensive and take longer to complete.
Students who are absent any days this week will be able to use some days next week to make up for their missed assessments. Students that are absent during this week AND next week will be able to make up for their missed assessments during our Cultural Days/Conference week.
Students that need to use the Cultural Days/Conference week to complete assessments will not be scheduled for a conference, since those conferences will be discussing the report cards and the results of the assessments.
Any parents that are not scheduled to attend a conference during the week of November 18-22 will be sent an email to schedule a conference during the month of December.
NOVEMBER CONFERENCE SIGN UPS
November conferences will be held during the week of November 18-22. The sign up links for the conferences were emailed to you last week. If you did not receive that email or are having difficulty accessing the link, please let us know.
MAKEUP PICTURE DAY-TUESDAY
November 5 is Makeup Picture Day. If your student was absent or you would like your student to retake their picture, they will be able to do so on November 5.
SNACK CALENDARS FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER
Attached to this email are the classroom snack calendars for November and December. Students brought home a copy of these papers last week.
SCHOOL MEAL ORDER REMINDERS
School Lunch Order Form – https://forms.gle/
You MUST order meals in advance in order to receive them or else we may not have a meal available for your student.
Breakfast and Supper will be the same for all students, while lunch has a menu that you can choose one entree from.
Reminder – no outside food delivery services are allowed on campus.

SEMANA DEL 4 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2024
SEMANA DE EVALUACIÓN
Esta semana, todos los estudiantes de primaria trabajarán en sus evaluaciones del primer trimestre. Los estudiantes toman cuestionarios/exámenes breves durante el trimestre, pero estas evaluaciones de esta semana son más completas y toman más tiempo para completarse.
Los estudiantes que estén ausentes algún día de esta semana podrán utilizar algunos días la próxima semana para recuperar las evaluaciones perdidas. Los estudiantes que estén ausentes durante esta semana Y la próxima semana podrán recuperar sus evaluaciones perdidas durante nuestros Días Culturales/semana de Conferencias.
Los estudiantes que necesiten utilizar los días culturales/semana de conferencias para completar las evaluaciones no serán programados para una conferencia, ya que en esas conferencias se discutirán las boletas de calificaciones y los resultados de las evaluaciones.
A los padres que no estén programados para asistir a una conferencia durante la semana del 18 al 22 de noviembre se les enviará un correo electrónico para programar una conferencia durante el mes de diciembre.
INSCRIPCIONES A LA CONFERENCIA DE NOVIEMBRE
Las conferencias de noviembre se llevarán a cabo durante la semana del 18 al 22 de noviembre. El enlace de inscripción para las conferencias le fue enviado por correo electrónico la semana pasada. Si no recibió ese correo electrónico o tiene dificultades para acceder al enlace, háganoslo saber.
DÍA DE LA FOTO DE MAQUILLAJE-MARTES
El 5 de noviembre es el Día de la Fotografía de Maquillaje. Si su estudiante estuvo ausente o desea que su estudiante vuelva a tomarse la fotografía, podrá hacerlo el 5 de noviembre.
CALENDARIOS DE SNACKS PARA NOVIEMBRE Y DICIEMBRE
Adjunto a este correo electrónico están los calendarios de refrigerios en el salón de clases para noviembre y diciembre. Los estudiantes trajeron a casa una copia de estos documentos la semana pasada.
RECORDATORIOS DE ORDENES DE COMIDAS ESCOLARES

DEBE ordenar las comidas con anticipación para poder recibirlas o, de lo contrario, es posible que no tengamos una comida disponible para su estudiante.
El desayuno y la cena serán los mismos para todos los estudiantes, mientras que el almuerzo tendrá un menú del que podrá elegir un plato principal.
Recordatorio: no se permiten servicios externos de entrega de alimentos en el campus.
