SNACK CALENDAR
Attached to this email are the snack calendars for September and October. Please feel free to either bring in your assigned snack or make a $15 donation for the purchase of the snack and the teachers will do the shopping for you. Thanks for all your support.
BACK TO SCHOOL PACKETS
All students have a Back to School Packet that was passed out last Thursday, at Back to School Night. If you were unable to attend Back to School Night, the packet was sent home with your student last Friday. Please take time to fill out the forms and return them to school.
FAMILY NETWORK MEETING
The Family Network Board will be holding a meeting on Friday, September 6th. The meeting is open to ALL ACA family members. ALL parents are encouraged to attend the meetings and help support ACA students and staff. The meeting will be held in the multi-use room at 3:15.
LUNCH SCHEDULE
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, students eat lunch from 12:30 to 12:45 and have recess from 12:45 to 1:15. Students who choose to stay in the lunchroom after 12:45 will be allowed to continue eating lunch, but will still be expected to end their recess time at 1:15. Students who want to have a 30 minute recess will need to finish eating lunch by 12:45. Please keep this schedule in mind when packing lunches. Some students may not want to pack a lunch item that needs to be microwaved since that extra time may take away from their eating and recess time.
Wednesday lunch time is from 11:15 to 11:30 and recess time is from 11:30 to 12:00.

CALENDARIO DE BOCADILLOS
Adjunto a este correo electrónico están los calendarios de refrigerios para septiembre y octubre. No dude en traer su refrigerio asignado o hacer una donación de $15 para la compra del refrigerio y los maestros harán las compras por usted. Gracias por todo su apoyo.
PAQUETES DE REGRESO A LA ESCUELA
Todos los estudiantes tienen un Paquete de Regreso a Clases que se repartió el jueves pasado, en la Noche de Regreso a Clases. Si no pudo asistir a la Noche de Regreso a Clases, el paquete fue enviado a casa con su estudiante el viernes pasado. Tómese el tiempo para completar los formularios y devolverlos a la escuela.
REUNIÓN DE RED FAMILIAR
La Junta de la Red Familiar se reunirá el viernes 6 de septiembre. La reunión está abierta a TODOS los miembros de la familia ACA. Se anima a TODOS los padres a asistir a las reuniones y ayudar a apoyar a los estudiantes y al personal de ACA. La reunión se llevará a cabo en el salón de usos múltiples a las 3:15.
HORARIO DE ALMUERZO
Los lunes, martes, jueves y viernes, los estudiantes almuerzan de 12:30 a 12:45 y tienen recreo de 12:45 a 1:15. Los estudiantes que opten por quedarse en el comedor después de las 12:45 podrán continuar almorzando, pero aún así se espera que terminen su tiempo de recreo a la 1:15. Los estudiantes que quieran tener un recreo de 30 minutos deberán terminar de almorzar antes de las 12:45. Tenga en cuenta este horario al preparar los almuerzos. Es posible que algunos estudiantes no quieran empacar un almuerzo que deba calentarse en el microondas, ya que ese tiempo extra puede quitarles tiempo para comer y recreo.
Los miércoles el horario de almuerzo es de 11:15 a 11:30 y el tiempo de recreo es de 11:30 a 12:00.
