Announcements (Important – please read):
1. Internships/Job Shadows week, March 11, 12, & 13th. Students do not come to school, but go to their “jobs”. Students have a packet that will need to be filled out by their “employers” and themselves to receive a grade for this project (no packet, no grade) Completed packet is due this Thursday.
2. EE trips to Family Harvest Farm this Thursday: Students will be going to the farm as a whole group this Thursday, March 14 from 9:30~12:45pm. Make sure your student wears clothes & shoes they can get dirty in, and they need to bring a sack lunch and a full water bottle.
Thank you to Kaifi, Maderos, Cachola, Richardson, Nnaji, and Gochenouer for volunteering to drive! Make sure you bring a sack lunch too!

Week 3: Careers
This unit will give the students the opportunity to explore different careers, create an individual project on a career which will be presented to the class. This unit will require your help. For the project, your student will need to do a site visit & an interview. Example: chosen career is a Pediatric Doctor: site visit to a hospital or a Pediatric doctor’s office, interview a Pediatrician.

This Week’s Assignments/Homework: not inclusive – assignments may be added. Class assignments not finished during class become homework.

- Career Project: students should have completed 6 of the tasks by the end of this week, and working on the next tasks. There are 10 tasks (requirements) total.
