Gradelink ) Please goto Gradelink.com and Log in. The school ID is 2151. Gradelink is ready for you to update your students’ information. This should be done through the website and not the app. You should already have a Gradelink account and your current password should still work. But, I did resend them out to you through Gradelink. If you have more than 1 student you can change the “Now Viewing” student name in the upper right side. Then click on Re-Enroll on the left side to update each child. If you are missing a child under that tab please let me know. The School Funding Form needs to be submitted each year from every ACA II family. This form will determine if your family qualifies for free or low cost school programs like Cheetah Zone. You can complete the form right now with this link to www.myschoolapps.com.

We will have COVID tests for each student to take home and test before coming to school on Aug. 16th.
Please drop by the Meet-N-Greet Monday, August 14th between 4:30 and 6:30 pm.
All parents of new students are invited at 5:30 for a special “New Parent Orientation”.
From 4:30 – 6:30, classrooms will be open so you can drop off supplies and give your student(s) a chance to meet or see the teacher. Please park in the main Fairgrounds parking lot and walk onto the campus. See attached Carpool Map.
There will be picnic tables in the Mid-way where you can:
get help or use school computers to fill out any of the forms above
turn in medicines if your student needs to have medication at school (See
attached Form)
get information about our fabulous instrumental music program for 4th through 8th
grade students
get information about volunteering to teach electives for Intermediate and Middle
School students

Tendremos pruebas de COVID para que cada estudiante se las lleve a casa y las pruebe antes de venir a la escuela el 16 de agosto.
Pase por Meet-N-Greet el lunes 14 de agosto entre las 4:30 y las 6:30 p. m.
Todos los padres de nuevos estudiantes están invitados a las 5:30 para una “Orientación para nuevos padres” especial.
De 4:30 a 6:30, las aulas estarán abiertas para que pueda dejar los útiles y darle a su(s) estudiante(s) la oportunidad de conocer o ver al maestro. Estacione en el estacionamiento principal de Fairgrounds y camine hacia el campus. Consulte el mapa de viajes compartidos adjunto.
Habrá mesas de picnic en Mid-way donde podrá:
obtener ayuda o usar las computadoras de la escuela para completar cualquiera de los formularios anteriores
