MEET AND GREET
The Primary and Elementary Meet and Greet is from 6 pm to 7pm, Monday, August 16. This is an informal drop by to see the classroom and visit the teachers.
SUPPLY LIST
The student supply list is attached to this email. This is the same list that was emailed out in July.
MORNING DROP OFF
Drop off begins at 7:50 am and ends at 8:15 am. Staff members will be present at drop off to symptom screen and temperature check all students. Students arriving after 8:15 will need to be walked into the office and signed in by a parent.
MINIMUM DAYS
The first three days of school are minimum days. Pick up is at 12:00 pm on minimum days.
PASTRIES FOR PARENTS
The Family Network will be hosting a Pastries for Parents up at the park on the first day of school. Drop off your student and then head up to the park to hear all about how you can support the school this year!
FLAG POLE CEREMONY
We will not be having a First Day of School Flag Pole Ceremony this year. Parents are still welcome to attend the Pastries for Parents hosted by the Family Network up at the park starting 8:15 am.
TOWELS/LUNCH PROCEDURES
Students are invited to bring a towel to use to sit on at snack and lunch time. Students will be physically distanced when eating, so we will be using the grass, courtyard, blacktop, park, and lunch room for seating. Students will keep their towels in their backpacks.
