Electives for Middle School Students begins today. These virtual electives run from 2-3pm and will be offered on M, T, Th, & F. Ask you student which electives they signed up for, and encourage them to attend!
Assignments/Homework: not inclusive – assignments maybe added. Class assignments not finished during class become homework.
- Vocabulary Work – 4 words due Friday
- Current Events: Flipgrid due Wednesday
- Writing: CommonLit due Thursday
- RJW (Read literature book – record minutes, then respond to question by writing full page) #4 due Friday
- Primary Journal (writing), 2 this week; ongoing due dates
- History: Kahoot based on project due today
- Duolingo XP due Friday
- Math: CPM, Khan, POD, Exit tickets (daily) pacing guide with due dates
- Science: journal, participation due day of Science class
- American History Project: researching and creating powerpoint (collaborative & individual responsibilities); practice on 9/17 – project should be complete and ready for teacher feedback
- Fridays: possible assessments
