We are going into week 5! I hope that everyone has settled in to this new normal. I am enjoying seeing the personalities emerge from our students!

Please be sure to turn your homework in by the due date! It is difficult to have to go back through all the assignments to find those that have been turned in late!
Google Classroom
Google Classroom tip of the week is using the “To-do” list. When in Google Classroom, if you click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen (we call this the Hamburger menu), you will see a drop down menu and one of the choices will be “To-do.” If you click on this it will take you to another screen and at the top are three tabs: Assigned, Missing, Done. When you click on “Assigned” you will see a list of your child’s assignments. When you click on “Missing” you will see a list of missing assignments that still need to be completed. When you click on “Done” you will see assignments that you have already turned in.
Upcoming Dates to Remember
September 16 & 17th: Minimum days – However, this will not impact Primary. Mrs. Hawley will still have her normal zoom class at 1:00 pm on those days.
October Break: October 5 – 9th. School will resume on October 13th!
CRP Day: October 12th: No School (Teacher workday).

Google Classroom
El consejo de la semana de Google Classroom es utilizar la lista “Tareas pendientes”. Cuando estés en Google Classroom, si haces clic en las tres líneas horizontales en la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla (a esto lo llamamos el menú Hamburguesa), verás un menú desplegable y una de las opciones será “Tareas pendientes”. ” Si hace clic en esto, lo llevará a otra pantalla y en la parte superior hay tres pestañas : Como firmado, Falta, Listo. Cuando haga clic en “Asignado”, verá una lista de las asignaciones de su hijo. Al hacer clic en “Falta”, verá una lista de tareas faltantes que aún deben completarse. Al hacer clic en “Listo”, verá las tareas que ya ha entregado.
Próximas fechas para recordar
16 y 17 de septiembre : Días mínimos – Sin embargo, esto no afectará a Primaria. La Sra. Hawley todavía tendrá su clase de zoom normal a la 1:00 pm en esos días.
De octubre de rotura : 5 de Octubre – 9 º . La escuela se reanudará el 13 de octubre de XX !
Día PCR : October 12 º : No hay clases (día de trabajo, Maestro).
