Afternoon Electives for Middle School Students will begin next Monday (except Music which starts today). Virtual electives offered: Art, Japanese Study Time, Cooking/Eating Together, Makers, Kahoot, and Extra Work Time. Virtual Electives will be offered M, T, & Th.
Assignments/Homework: not inclusive – assignments maybe added. Class assignments not finished during class become homework.
- Vocabulary Work – 3 words due Friday
- Current Events: Crash Course due today, CNN10 Jamboard Headline due Wednesday
- Writing: Personal Narrative due today, & peer editing paper due Wednesday
- RJW (Read literature book – record minutes, then respond to question by writing full page) #3 due Friday
- Primary Journal (writing), 2 this week; ongoing due dates
- Duolingo XP due Friday
- Math: CPM, Khan, POD, Exit tickets (daily) pacing guide with due dates
- Science: journal, participation due day of Science class
- American History Project: researching and creating powerpoint (collaborative & individual responsibilities); practice on 9/18 – project should be complete and ready for teacher feedback
