WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 7 , 2020

 

MATERIALS PICK UP DAYS

Thursday and Friday of this week are scheduled materials pick up days.

ALL Elementary students will be getting new handouts that they will be using for the next three weeks.

All materials will be set out in the multi-use room at ACA.  Parents can come to school and pick up their student’s work.  The multi-use room will be open.

There will be a sign out sheet by the door of the multi-use room.

Please make sure to sign the sheet when you come to get your materials.

Please remember to wear a face covering.

Art supplies will also be available for pick up.  If you don’t need any of the art supplies, you don’t have to take any.  We know many students may have their own art supplies at home to use, but if you need any of the supplies offered, feel free to take what you need.

 

SCHOLASTIC BOOK ORDERS

Scholastic book orders are due by September 11, in order for books to be received prior to the October break.  Orders can be placed after September, but may not be delivered until after the October break.

Orders can be given to the office or placed online at http://www.scholastic.com/aboutclubs/.  Our classroom code is FY9XM.

 

INITIAL ELPAC (English Language Proficiency Assessment for California)  TESTING

New students, whose Home Language Survey indicates a language other than English as the primary/native language, will be administered the Initial ELPAC this month.  Results will be shared with parents in October.
