From the Classroom

  • WOW (Work of the Week) Attached
  • Night of Writing Dangerously: November 23rd 6pm-9pm; Students are invited to participate in Mrs. Hummel’s annual writing event! Permission slips went home today. This is an optional event for students; cost $10 per student. Permission slips/payment due by 11/18.
  • Upcoming class events:
    • November 23rd: Night of Writing Dangerously (see above)
    • December 19th: Class Potluck (more info after break)
    • December 20th: Ice Skating Trip @ Big Chill in Pittsburg (more info after break)
  • 2nd Trimester homeroom changes: after break students will be in their new homerooms for the 2nd Trimester. Each homeroom will shift over one room:   Mrs. Arnst → Mrs. Cordova, Mrs. Cordova → Mrs. Hummel, Mrs. Hummel → Mrs. Arnst

General Reminders

  • Wednesday 11/20 Mini Showcase:

    • 10:30~11am Open House for Parents.

Students can walk their parents around through the Art and Music Classes, as well as see PE demos.

  • 11:10am~11:50am Guest Artist Class Performance in MU
