Middle School Forms
Thank you to everyone who attended Middle School’s Back to School night last week.  If you missed Middle School’s Back to School Night last Thursday, look for forms from your student this week to sign and have your student bring back to Mrs. Ave ASAP.  The night was recorded on Facebook Live, in the ACAII Family News group, so you can go back to it for reference if you would like.  The Middle School Back to School Night power point is attached.
Help Needed Grading Math Facts
Mrs. McCutcheon is looking for volunteers to correct a set of math facts weekly at home.  Answer keys are provided.  Generally, math facts would be sent home with your student on Monday or Tuesday, and Mrs. McCutcheon would like them back by Friday.  Please reply to this email if you are able to help.

Journal #1 (should be completed on google classroom)
paragraph 1:
Write a brief (5 sentence) synopsis of the book you are reading so far.  Try not to include any major spoilers, think movie trailer.
paragraph 2:
Write a paragraph explaining how you feel about reading.  Include a well reasoned explanation for why you think you feel that way.  If you conclude that you don’t like reading, what do you think you could do to change that?  If you like reading, what do you like about it and how did you become someone who likes it?
Due Friday
