Algebra Vs. Cockroaches (Google Algebra Vs. Cockroaches to find the game. It is on a website called varsitytutors.com)
At the end of each level click “Start New Game” and you will go to the next level (if you don’t die). Click the “Hint” button as many times as you need if you can’t tell where the cockroaches are going. You can write the slope as a fraction. Play until you get AT LEAST through round 6 or 7. Print or screen shot the “Report” at the top of the page to get credit.

This is similar to an idea we worked on last year. You are solving the equation so that the specified variable is isolated on one side of the equation. The other side of the equation will still contain a variable (or more than one variable). For example, if I have d=rt, I could rearrange the equation to solve for r, which would be r = d/t. I could also solve for t, which would be t = d/r. )
