ACA PRIMARY WEEKLY NEWSLETTER
WEEK OF MARCH 20, 2017
Monday- Friday this week is all minimum days for conferences.
Please check your students back pack today for report cards.
WASC MEETING FOR PARENTS
We will be meeting in Room 1, on Tuesday, March 21st, from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm. Please respond to this email, to let us know that you can come. Unfortunately, there will be no childcare, so please leave your students at home.
The Antioch Charter Academy is a fully accredited school with the Western Association of Schools. Beginning this year and continuing into next year, we will be reviewing our entire school program, with the goal of assessing our progress and choosing priorities to focus on in the next 3-6 years. We have made great progress on our previous goals from our last self-study, and we continue to improve learning for all students each day.
We will be holding a meeting with our stakeholders (staff, parents, etc). We would like to invite you, our parents and families, to help us with the start of this two year process. If you can come for two hours, and participate in our data review, please consider playing this important role in our self-study. We really need parents/family members from each level (primary, elementary, intermediate and middle).
SPIRIT DAY-SPORTS DAY
Friday, March 24 students can dress up in the favorite sports attire for Spirit Day.

BOOK FAIR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
It’s that time of year again!!! Parent volunteers are needed and in high demand. The book fair is something that the students look forward to each year, but can not happen unless we have lots of parent help. Please take time to look at the form that came home with your student. Please return the form to school if you are able to help, even a little bit of help is beneficial.
