ACA II Walk-a-Thon/Silent Auction
ACA II
02/08/2012
Dear ACA II Families,
ACA II’s Silent Auction is gearing up for its 2nd year – the event last year was a major success because so many families participated. We are looking for committee members to help organize the event, your ideas to help make it better, and donations. Please contact Sheri Thompson at tsthompsons@sbcglobal.net if you would like to be a member of the auction committee. Our next Walkathon/Silent Auction meeting will be at 3:15 pm on Monday, February 13, 2012 at the picnic tables if weather permits; backup location will be Music Room.
Silent Auction Donations Needed
The Silent Auction will take place on Friday, May 4th at Skipolini’s in Antioch, and we are asking your assistance in securing donations. Each and every one of us has a “friend of a friend” or has a relative that works in some type of service industry. Whether its your hairdresser, next door neighbor that works at a restaurant or a relative that is a massage therapist, it doesn’t hurt to ask. If you were to ask them for some type of donation, it will not only provide them with free advertising, possibly bring them future business and it gives a contribution to our school. Its a Win-Win!! To give you an idea of some of the donations that we have received already, here are some of the items we will be either raffling or providing at the Silent Auction.
Two week Personal Swimming lesson for an adult, child or Mother Child class (M-Th Starting in May)
